Do I need to be NDIS Registered to use Titus?

No. Titus is used by both Registered and Unregistered providers. The compliance modules adapt to your registration status — registered providers get the full 22 Practice Standards tracking; self/plan-managed providers get the relevant subset.

What does the 21-day trial include?

How long does setup take?

Most providers are operationally live within 2–3 days. Full data migration (staff, participants, rosters, historical notes) typically completes in 5–10 days depending on data volume.

What happens when I hit my user cap?

Titus is a flat weekly fee up to your plan's user cap — Starter covers up to 30 users, Standard up to 100 — with no per-seat charges and no feature gating. Need more than 100 users, multiple entities, or white-label? That's Enterprise, custom-scoped to your organisation.

Is my data secure and where is it hosted?

Yes. Your data is hosted entirely on Australian servers — stored and backed up in Australia (AWS Sydney). Titus runs on Supabase (Postgres) with row-level security scoped by organisation, SSL end-to-end, and we never share data between tenants. The platform is built and maintained 100% by an Australian developer based in Brisbane.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No lock-in contracts. Weekly billing means if you cancel, you stop paying at the end of the current week. Export your data on the way out — it's yours.

Do you offer white-label?
